Nature of Services

AXIS provides coaching, tarot interpretation, and astrological analysis intended for reflection, insight, and personal development.

These services draw upon symbolic systems, narrative frameworks, and dialogic inquiry. They are interpretive and exploratory in nature, not deterministic or predictive guarantees of outcome.

AXIS does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

No Therapy or Healthcare Relationship

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, services provided through AXIS do not constitute psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare.

AXIS services are not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical care, legal counsel, or financial advice.

If you are experiencing acute distress, mental health crisis, or require clinical support, you agree to seek assistance from a licensed professional or emergency services.

Client Responsibility

By engaging with AXIS, you acknowledge that:

• You retain full responsibility for your interpretations, decisions, and actions.
• Any insights or perspectives offered are not directives.
• Outcomes resulting from your choices remain solely your responsibility.

AXIS does not assume liability for actions taken or not taken based on sessions, content, or communications.

Age Requirement

AXIS services are offered only to individuals 18 years of age or older.

Payment, Cancellations, and No-Shows

• Payment is required in advance to reserve a session.
• Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours’ notice.
• Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable.
• One reschedule may be permitted at our discretion.

These policies are necessary to protect time, availability, and energetic labor.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• AXIS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
• Any claim arising from services shall be limited to the amount paid for the session giving rise to the claim.

Future Licensed Services

AXIS may, in the future, host or collaborate with licensed therapeutic providers. Such services, if offered, will be clearly identified, governed by separate informed consent, and subject to applicable professional regulations.

No licensed relationship is implied unless explicitly stated.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute shall lie exclusively in Colorado.
